Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please silence or set your cell phones on vibrate.

Payment: We accept most major credit cards and personal checks with proper identification. Any returned checks will not be re-submitted, and an additional $25 returned check fee will be charged.

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients.

Children: The salon services all age categories. Children that are not receiving SPA 801 services are permitted only in the reception area under supervision.

Gift Certificates: SPA 801 has gift certificates available for any "Special Occasion". Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are good for one year from date of purchase. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Wireless Internet: We offer free Wi-Fi access to our customers so you can keep in touch during your stay. Coverage extends to the patio area where you will find ample seating.

A 24-hour cancellation is required on all services; otherwise a nominal fee may be added on your next visit.
