Cancellation Policy

As a Spa 801 guest, your time is valuable to us, and advance reservations are offered to make your visit as convenient as possible.

We realize that unexpected circumstances may require a change in reservation. If you would like to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation so that we can offer you a new reservation, as well as make the previous opening available to other guests.

Cancellations and reservations rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charge, billed to a credit card on file (a credit card on file is required for all advance reservations).

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charge.

For reservation changes made outside of normal business hours (e.g., cancelling a Tuesday reservation on Sunday, when we’re not open), please email your request to and we will make the change as soon as possible. You will not be charged if your request is made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
