RESERVATIONS

Cancellation Policy

As a Spa 801 guest, your time is valuable to us, and advance reservations are offered to make your visit as convenient as possible.


We realize that unexpected circumstances may require a change in reservation. If you would like to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation so that we can offer you a new reservation, as well as make the previous opening available to other guests.


Cancellations and reservations rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charge, billed to a credit card on file (a credit card on file is required for all advance reservations).


No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service charge.


For reservation changes made outside of normal business hours (e.g., cancelling a Tuesday reservation on Sunday, when we’re not open), please email your request to info@spa801.com and we will make the change as soon as possible. You will not be charged if your request is made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
